Love the rear view but in profile it reminds me of the Panamera and that's not the prettiest car in the world Just my 'umble opinion

I agree with Inky the first thing I thought of when I saw it was the panamera

Yep, looks too much like the Panamera, I think it's overly shiny, a bit unimaginative, and generally not even slightly as gorgeous as the iconic Veyron [which is what I've come to expect in design awesomeness from them!]. Ah well, I'm sure it's a wonderful car, but it's not really my thing. Sorry Bugatti!

Not over enamoured with the two tone carbon fibre/aluminium finish. It makes the car looks a bit - gilded, almost. It's too much bling. But (don't shoot me!) I actually like the car itself. If not for the gilt look, I would quite like it. *runs away*

Each to their own Daisy I just thought that after the magnificence and drama of the Veyron this one was a bit of a minger disappointment

I'll give you that - it is nothing like the Veyron. But it's also not gone down the route that a lot of car manufacturers seem to be travelling these days, which is to make each car like a slightly bigger (or smaller) carbon copy of the next car in the range, like (for example) Ford, with the Ka, Focus and Mondeo. They all seem too similar to me.

Here's a picture of the front, so you can see the Bugatti grill. I haven't changed my mind: It's not a Veyron, but it's still lovely.

I really like it, though if it was up to me I'd not have the carbon fibre/polished metal finish - even though I think that works really well on the Veyron Pur Sang. It's too bling. However, in one of Bugatti's regular two-tone paint schemes, or in a solid colour, I think it would look good. I definitely prefer it to the Bentley Mulsanne, which I think looks a bit depressed or something.
I'm not over-mad on the sportback thing, but I think it carries it off more effectively than the Panamera. And I really do like that it does the 'family' look without being exactly like the Veyron. I think the front end is great, though I'm not sure the bonnet arrangement will be a great idea on the production version (if it happens) - the 'butterfly wing' arrangement doesn't look like it would give much access to the heart of the thing.
Mind you, we were a bit spoiled by the looks of the Veyron - the previous Bugatti, the EB110, was a bit, er, challenging looking. That grew on me, though.
