this past weekend my friends and i took a vacay to the TN Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville area. traffic was awful and we soon figured out why: the annual hot rod show was in town. since we were stuck in traffic a good chunk of the time, my friend jenni decided to take pictures.
i have no idea what makes/models these are but they looked cool...

there are tons more, but i haven't had time to upload them...

it was fun to see all those cool cars around (i fell in love with a blue and white chevy bel-air www.seriouswheels.com/pics-1950-1959/1956-Chevrolet-Bel-Air-blue-white-ma.jpg), but what got us was that people would put up lawn chairs on the side of the road just to watch cars go by. some of them even had coollers full of drinks and snacks...
