I picked it up yesterday, it's on at half price in Waterstones and *very* funny :-)

Got mine yesterday too, read it from cover to cover and laughed my socks off (especially at the unexpectedly slashy bits). And without spoiling anything, I want the James May 'product' alluded to on the first 'TG Tat' page...

I made the mistake of starting to read mine in Starbucks, other half not amused at the number of funny looks directed our way! I was also wishing I could get hold of that bit of TG Tat :-D

I gave in and ordered it from AmazonUK (it was only 6.49 and I can't wait for Christmas to get it). If it's half as good as the last one I'll be happy.

I feel so silly. I ordered the "Official Annual" for 2010 and not the Big Book. I'm sure I'll love it, anyway. It should be here any day now, along with Where's Stig? Big girls need picture books, too. Come to think of it, I suppose that's why I ordered the annual. Now I have an excuse to order another book later. ;D

Got it for Christmas this morning and have already paged through it. I liked it more for the inside look into what the lads tease each other about (May's eating habits, Hammond's tendency to do grand openings and other public appearances). But what are Hula Hoops? And is the beef variety superior to the unflavored kind?

I got this too chariset and can't wait to read it Hula hoops are a potato based savoury snack. They come in a few flavours - salted, beef and salt 'n' vinegar (I think). I like the ordinary salted ones personally

They do cheese and onion ones too. I like those.
If you eat Hula Hoops, it's actually, literally the law that you hae to put them on all of your fingertips and then eat them. It's the only way.

I can hardly bring myself to say it... eat them straight from the packet without putting them on their fingertips first

None of this one at a time lark!

What's fun is getting a look at what they think is funny about each other... Clarkson's hair and overuse of the word "literally," Hammond's fightyness and tendency to do public appearances for money, and James' diet and subsequent digestive woes.
