I couldn't find the thread we had for the discussion about the guys behind the camera but here we go.
Now where do we start? Steve the Mechanic

I've looked everywhere, but I still can't find his last name
There was also Kiff, the one-handed soundman. And the various white-coated minions. There's a dark-haired, balding one who tended to show up in most of the challenges.

I notice Kiff worked on Toy Stories too, as did Iain "no relation" May. Didn't get to see if any of the other members of the crew were on there, but I had enjoyed quite a lot of Hobgoblin by that point...

Don't know if this has been posted here. This is a page from some people who were basically drafted in to help with the Britcar 24-hour race. It has a pretty good narrative and some nice pictures of the boys plus the behind-the-scenes crew, like Andy, Steve, and quite a few cameramen. I don't know most of them, but you might. www.thorneymotorsport.co.uk/tuning/Top_Gear_24_Hour.shtml
