I'm watching the 'Big Freeze' on the beeb. However, they lost me when some eejit of a reporter, outside a pub in the South, said "it's 8pm and it's already -2. Excuse me Miss. It was -3/-4 at 3pm as I drove home from work Goodness knows what it is now (I could tell you if I was daft enough to go out, get in the car and start it up so I could see the outside temp. guage ).

News alert - panic buy your oranges now. According to the beeb weatherman, Florida could have cold enough weather to affect the crop yield. That's all we need, the BBC encouraging the idiots to panic-buy even more

No oranges means no orange juice!! Aaaargh. I am off to Sainsburys tomorrow to get a years supply in. ;D

You see, there's one born every minute ;D ;D ;D Seriously though, if they didn't report the panic buying/food shortages it would help. OK, some people would panic regardless and buy in all sorts but the rest of us would starve to death in blissful ignorance ;D ;D
