I've watched three episodes of this on Dave this afternoon and I can't understand why I've not caught up with it before. It's really fascinating and is Jeremy at his best.
I'm particularly impressed by what he puts himself through physically. I've seen him drive a car down a ski-run, stand/fly in a windtunnel at 130mph, go to the point of total oxygen deprivation in a decompressed plane cabin and show in interest in planes (posters on the walls of his teenage bedroom rather than ones of Farrah Fawcett) that rivals James. I must catch up with the rest of the series - I'm sure it'll get repeated!

It is an excellent series - it's a good reminder that Jeremy isn't just about cars, too! Unfortunately this series pre-dates DVDs, so there was only ever a highlights video released. I think I have it somewhere (it might be in the same box set as the best of Motorworld). Actually, Jeremy has done some great series over the years - with the popularity of all things Top Gear related, I wonder if the BBC can be persuaded to re-release them? Inventions That Changed The World sometimes appears too - that's worth catching when Dave has a 'Stuff Top Gear Presenters Have Done (That Isn't Top Gear)' programme thread
