As what i wanted to do with the MBTI & Astrology poll isnt possible on here, i have instead decided to ditch the astrology & just put up a Poll to see what MBTI types we have on here. I would still like to know what type you all are individually as it would be interesting, for example, to see which ones are the prolific fan-fictioners. I think the NFs but i could be wrong. Ok here goes..... Oop sorry link! www.kisa.ca/personality

INFP this time, though I often come out as INTP as my T/F score is very much 'in the middle'

A bit early to say but so far the Introverts & Intuitives have the edge. Anyone unsure of their type here is a link to a test. Please read the instructions before you take it. Please dont post your results on here, though. You are welcome to PM me if you have any questions. Be warned it's not an easy test & you really need to take your time over it. www.cognitiveprocesses.com/assessment/surveyOriginal.html

INFP this time, though I often come out as INTP as my T/F score is very much 'in the middle' If you are INFP your dominant function is Fi (introverted Feeling) & if INTP it's Ti (introverted Thinking). There are 8 cognitive functions; Se, Si, Fe, Fi, Ne, Ni, Te, Ti. We use them all but there are those we feel more comfortable using. Like you can say you're left-handed but there are times when you need to use your right. If that makes any sense as an analogy. You could be an INFP with good use of Ti or an INTP with good use of Fi.

From the look of it so far, James May fans seem to be strongly I and mostly J Indeed. Though I**Js make up a good proportion of the population. And a lot of INTroverts on the INTernet! Note though how the Extroverts so far are ENFs.

Aww you are welcome I take my hat off to you, I find them so interesting but all the maths and factor analysis type stuff that goes into them makes my brain feel like it is trying eat itself!! We did a personality development module last year which was fascinating but I really struggled with the practical side of assessment.

We did a personality development module last year which was fascinating but I really struggled with the practical side of assessment. I havent done anything like that but i do sympathise. MBTI theory is simple to understand on a general basis; it's getting down to the nitty gritty is when it gets tricky. Which actually makes it even more interesting for me. Thanks for keeping the Poll going, girls. But where are the INTPs? I can't be the only one. *lonely sigh*

I'm sure there are plenty of INTPs on here, as there are a lot of members now. I'm afraid I'm not one of them, though. I'm ISTJ.
