I was talking about this with a friend of mine the other day. She's quite James-ish, and she's seen me in full-on rant mode, so she knows we could manage the full, authentic, growing-to-hate-each-other experience quite well. There's just one problem...
We can't find anyone mad enough to run along with a dogsled...

My sled doggie and I "Urban Mush" with a scooter. I have to wait until the mornings are very cool though. Poor girl can't take the heat of So.Cal. Wish I could get her up into the mountains for a proper run. Here's my girl!  |

I went to Iceland last year and the truck I was travelling in was quite impressive as well. Not sure if it was a Hillux though. :-)  Note the steps that I needed to get in and out of the bloody thing. ;D I would love to go back one day and see the rest of the country. It's absolutely amazing. I'm definitely bookmarking the website. If I travel there, I might as well do it in style. |
