Apparently it will involve pies. ______ James May has revealed he and drinking buddy Oz Clarke are already planning another series, expanding on their pub-crawling adventures. The Top Gear star and the wine expert have already toured the world, learning about wine and the home-produced alcoholic drinks of Britain - but now they want to expand their explorations. James said: "We have a number of very radical, world-changing ideas based on drink but broadening out into more philosophical and intellectual areas. Pies for example. Pies." The TV presenter confessed he was surprised but delighted with the success of his shows, after their latest series Oz And James Drink To Britain picked up a Tric award this week. He said: "We've done three Oz And James [shows] - when we did the first one, we never entirely believed it would work. "Somebody once said to me a programme about two men drinking was a bit like going to be pub but only looking through the window, rather than going in, which I sort of understand. Great - something to look forward to ;D I think the idea James had of using his plane (in another article) as transport was excellent ;D Plus i'm rather partial to a pie  its just my waistline that objects ;D |

I hope it is true, but the interview dates back from September last year. That's before Hugh Dennis took over from James on the Christmas special. Fingers crossed! |

Only just watched the you-tube clip, wow, it all sounds really exciting, yay. James & Oz work so well together. Both are real characters who love to get a bit clattered but also have a serious message to put across.

Linden with vibes like that it's never going to happen ......well Oz says it I personally believe every word he says, and to be truthful September does seem a little late to be recording for a special at Christmas, anyways who knows, tis nice to sit and wait. And I see a sad bit of news Fess Parker has died. |

Look at poor Oz, how he's all out of breath, and you can just imagine how his skin would feel hot and his heart would be pounding under your fingers if you touched his collarbone, and even his poor forehead would burn if he were to gently rest it against your shoulder just at that moments... -- not any more! |
