James must have really enjoyed himself at Brookland's last year while filming the Toy Stories episode. He is now helping them out to raise money for the development of its collection of historic motoring and aviation exhibits. The idea is that you can buy your own square yard part of the track. I wonder how many James has bought himself and I'm pretty sure what Jezza will get from him for his 50th birthday next month. ;D www.getsurrey.co.uk/news/s/2068536_james_may_revs_up_race_track_sponsorship_scheme

£95 seems quite cheap really, for a piece of history. I would be tempted to plant flowers round my bit, if I had one, so ... perhaps not.
Thanks for the radio clip, Linden, and I've been meaning to ask, why have you been dressed as a terrorist for the past few weeks?

(...), Linden, and I've been meaning to ask, why have you been dressed as a terrorist for the past few weeks? It's not me, it's James. (Check out the jumper! ;-)) Here are some other "South Park meets James" ones I made. www.flickr.com/photos/35722012@N07/But you're right, it's time for a spring edition!

Oh, THAT jumper! Now I understand. It's a bit small on my screen and I can't really see the stripes or I might have caught on earlier.
Good luck with the new incarnation!

It's been mentioned on the BBC News website as well:- news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/surrey/8596521.stmHow I'd love to buy a yard of that track! Maybe I could persuade my parents to fund such a purchase as a very early birthday present. Hmm.... *braces herself for possible sighting of a herd of winged swine*
