Apparently Jeremy Clarkson is personified as a wreckless petrol head.... noooooo...... he's not is he? Oh and it's his fault (again) that the planet is a mess..... Is that sarcasim in my voice..... could be ;Dwww.sundaymercury.net/news/midlands-news/2010/04/06/birmingham-super-prix-held-up-as-model-for-future-uk-street-racing-events-65233-26184012/MPs also praised motorsport and aerospace manufacturers for developing and using environmentally-friendly technology – but suggested Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson might be to blame for them failing to receive the credit they deserved.
Mr Luff said: “We can only assume this is due to the ‘Top Gear effect’, with people associating cars and planes with ‘reckless petrol-heads’, as personified by Jeremy Clarkson, wasting gallons of fuel with no thought or concern about the impact it has on the planet.

It's to tiring that some people blame Top Gear for all the enviromental issues going on... it's almost asif they believe Jermey, James & Richard are the only people driving cars... what about private jets some people send out to retrieve a cup of coffe? When Mariah Carey or someone similar jets from here to here and then gets the jet to go half way round the world so they can have a special cup of coffe, it's called being "Glamorous"... Oh pfft, what a load of crap anyway. They're always pointing the finger at someone else. Sorry I rambled a little, and I dont even think I made sense! No, that made sense. I read, quite a while ago, about a hugely rich businessman who lived and worked in Europe somewhere, but had spent a lot of time in the UK previously. He would quite often fly to England in his own plane, to get a pizza from his favourite pizza shop in some town Oop North (I forget which one), eat the pizza, and then fly back home again. This was seen as one of those 'amusing' stories at the time......

Once the media and/or government finds someone to blame, they will stick with it for as long as the public will let them (sometimes longer). Here in the US the media and current government blame everything on former President Bush. I agree that he did some things that didn't work out but to blame him for a bridge collapse in Minnesota or for the falling diamond market in South Africa? Give me a break!
Jeremy gets underneath their skin because he says what he thinks. What bothers them most is that other people agree with him. They are losing control. It's all about power!

Yeah, darn you Jeremy, for making driving a car look like fun and something you might want to do for the sheer enjoyment of it!

*joins in with sarcasm*
So the MP's think Jezza is responsible for wreaking the planet eh and that it's nothing to do with them in any shape or form, hmm. Two Jags Prescott doesn't come into this equation then!
Sadly JC seems to be an easy target. I wonder what he thinks to these type of headlines? Bet it just fuels his passion to antagonise MP's even more.

It's not only Jeremy that's wrecking the planet. Land Rover just stated that their sales are up by 63% for the year! Of course, that will probably be blamed on Jeremy as well!

I know they sell well around here (Dallas). They seem to be the hot accessory for the money crowd now that most SUVs are out.
