In anticipation of the new series, let's create some rules for a drinking game:
Settle in with your favorite beverage and follow these simple rules.
Take a sip if:
* You notice Clarkson's hairline has receded again
* James is wearing the same shirt for the studio segment and for one of the films
* Hammond's hair is so over-the-top that a casual viewer comments on it.
* One of the News headlines is something you have heard before
* A pretty girl with a plunging neckline is in shot behind any of the presenters during the News
* Clarkson uses the word 'literally'
* There is a joke about James being slow
* There is a joke about Clarkson being old
* There is a joke about Hammond having his teeth whitened
Finish your drink and start another one if:
* The opening credits have been changed (first show only)
* The studio arrangement has been changed (first show only)
* You hear a song in one of the films that makes you immediately leap up and run online to FG or JMB to find out what it was
Chug if:
* Andy Wilman appears in the show, in any context, ever. (Credits don't count)
* Upon the very first series appearance of the BFS
Chill your next drink with a fire extinguisher and chug if:
* You see a fire extinguisher used on the show.
* Do it twice if the fire wasn't Clarkson's fault.
Abandon the game entirely and spend the whole episode sipping something nonalcoholic if:
* James is wearing your favorite of his shirts for the studio segments
* Hammond is wearing a vest/waistcoat for the studio segments.
Pour one out for your homies if:
* The Toyota Hilux has been moved from its place of prominence or removed altogether.
* You remember that some of us live in the US and have to use dubiously moral means to watch the show
