Oh goodness, I was just talking to my mum and she said "oh, today on the telly James May was being interviewed and apparently he's got this book published about... what.... landing a-" "-Airbus, I know mum. To tie in with his new TV series." xD She looked confused at his book and confused about my sudden vastness of James knowledge!

LOL!! ;D One thing I like about all this is that the TV programme is being created as a spin-off of the book, when it's usually the other way round. It makes a rather nice change.

I really am! Combined with the fact that the other week she questioned me as to why I got Car Fever out of the library... it'll all be coming out soon! I'm hiding the DVD's (Big Ideas + Toy Stories) my friend lent me ;D ;D I'll have to be uber-sneaky if I buy the book!

I was actually seriously considering "coming out" to my best friends yesterday, but then I remembered how they tease me so so much for liking David Thewlis - in their eyes, an "old man," so I thought telling them about James wouldn't be wise! Oh I do know about that, obviously wasn't there though ;D ;D I love the idea of outing of James-love is the equivalent ;D ;D

Me, too. I splurged for my birthday and ordered the audio-book, as well. I will have to try not to act overly excited in front of my husband when they come in the mail. If I didn't have other Top Gear books it might look really suspicious.

Ooh, hypatia, you'll have to tell me how that is! I wanted the audiobook, but I just don't have the cash for it right now. Hoping for Christmas or my birthday, I'll have it! After enjoying Car Fever so much, I'm really hoping it'll find its way to me. ;D

I suppose he'll be rather clinical but humorous. The 12 year old in me just wants to hear him say the names of certain body parts, though. *facepalm* ;D

Matt2000 over on FinalGear has been kind enough to upload most of the interviews to megaupload. I edited my earlier post and added the links. If you're a member of FG, maybe you could go over and +rep him?

Just placed my order with amazon.uk. They love me. Of course I picked up a few other things as well. Like the audio book, the last two sets of challenges, one of Richard's books, That Mitchell & Webb book and a fantastic deal on Jonathan Creek box set - regularly 75 pounds on sale for 14.99. Then the check-out said I got it for 12 pounds and change! I love amazon, too! ;D ;D Now for patience.
