It looks as though Ferrari have been taking their inspiration from TVR!  Well, isn't it supposed to be the output of the latter that spontaneously combust?!   |

Awful to see such lovely cars go bang and glad to see the drivers were unhurt but I wonder how the last episode of TG would have panned out if this story had come out sooner. James would have a field day with Jezza !!!

It seems to be a fairly common thing with exotics. Somewhere further down this part of the board I think we have some clips of a burning Lamborghini Gallardo - a fair few Lambos have pulled that trick too, sadly - and there are several Ferrari 599s and F430s that have gone the same way. Not sure why it is, though I suspect that cars as delicately balanced as these don't cope well with people who don't know what they're doing behind the wheel... Here is an article from Jalopnik that shows a 458 NOT on fire, just in case we've forgotten what they look like... ;D |

OMG-I heard about the world's most expensive car crash. It was a Lambo club, one of them touched a guardrail on the highway and they all crashed!
