I love that Ken Block always uses ordinary cars as the basis for these things, though obviously modified and rebuilt beyond all recognition. Driving till the tyres are gone and then carrying on? If I was having that much fun, I suppose I'd want to as well, though of course I'd probably have died in a massive deadly fireball of death long before that point ;D
Was particularly impressed with him slaloming along the banked track. Bet that took some doing!

Mr Hops just bought a Fiesta, it's supposed to be delivered in a couple of weeks but I don't think it'll be anything like this... Thankfully  |

Wow! Ken Block sure knows how to handle his car! He is really an "utter genius", as Dit said! I can't get enough of these Gymkhana-movies, they're just brilliant! ;D I saw Ken Block at Rally Sweden last month, and managed to get both his and my car in the same film ;D www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVwEcWuXCyoMine is the blue Subaru to the right, with yellow stickers on the sides. My dad was driving it while I went out to take some photos and may get an autograph or two. ( which I didn't) Rally driver Eyvind Brynildsen honked at him  xD |
