Bloody brilliant episode! ;D The News segment had me falling about laughing. I'm amazed any of it was able to be shown before the watershed! Trust Jeremy to break something! Can't take him anywhere! ;D

You were watching S15 last summer - 6 episodes of it. This has been titled S15E07 by the BBC, even though it's only just been filmed now. The Boxing Day special has been titled S16E01. So not really a long story, my bad, it's just no-one really knows why it's called as such, so there's been loads of interweb rumblings about it on another site. I'm uploading the episode at the mo and will post a link tomorrow. Final Gear have a torrent up, and so do The Box, but you need to be a member of the latter, even though it's still free to d/l.
I get it now thanks for that AP ;D(why such a name lol)

I laughed so hard during the news, I gave myself a coughing fit and had to (I was going to say rewind it, but I'm not truly rewinding anymore) anyway watch the news again. ;D ;D
I would pay big to see the news uncut!! ;D
Fantastic episode!! ;D ;D
I tend to cringe a lot when they come to America, but this was true fun! I kept yelling at the tv when they were attempting to find the tv studio, "The city's on a friggin' grid system! Just count!" ;D

Just incase you all wonder "where's the bloody post I posted" they should have been put on this thread deep sigh from me.......right, now to move them to here, please remember we do have a thread for other special showing, I'd be jolly grateful if they'd go there, yes I'm picky, yes this makes me have OCD, and yes it should have been series 15 and episode 7.

Well thats why I waited until this morning because i didn't know where to stick it.... my post that is ;D Absolutely brilliant ;D The Road trip was fantastic, love the NY bit brought back happt memories of our trip last year - have to say i was a bit like Hammond totally lost - but like James my daughters OCD got us round (on foot!) she loves organised grid systems hence her 'no fear' attitude towards Milton Keynes! I rorared over the news and the make you own engine bit... oh what fun we could really have if TG went out after the watershed. COME ON GUYS WHERE IS THAT DVD OF THE NEWS UNCUT!!!! Shooting Stig in the back was classic - what a fantastic way to stick two fingers up at BC!!!! Can't wait for Boxing day's episode!!!

Absolutely EPIC. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard (probably last summer's TG!) and it was just ridiculous fun. I don't know if I can point out all the bits I loved, because there was SO MUCH. I am mourning James' shorn locks, but I have to say that I was very well distracted by how much fun I was having.
I think the Intercourse, PA bit and "I CAN HEAR YOU, SHORT ARSE!" are instant classics. ;D Also, I really squeed to see andypanty and Mr. W there in the news! YAY!

Have decided to add a poll. Was on tw*tter last night, not that I say a thing or even understand it it was rather funny in places, anyway and James please forgive me, I haven't even seen it yet, but James's hair was likened to Susan Boyle's, very naughty, but I'll reserve judgement till later. Again really, really sorry and remember it will grow ;D

I have just realised that I've been so busy squeeing that I've not actually said what I thought of the stuff that did make it to air! The US film: Thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed it. I was impressed that it showcased the cars without too much silliness, but still had loads of humour. They let the people they met and the places they went tell the story - the mayor was particularly epic - and it didn't feel forced in the way that some of the recent films have. Even though I knew the outcome, I was still really gripped by the end of the race to the TV station. SIARPC: Danny Boyle was ace. I loved Jeremy being such a fanboy, and my 'old Top Gear'-loving heart was full of happy at the thought of Tiff being their 'Emergency Stig' (that credit made me laugh out loud). I saw the Cee'd going around the track as I was waiting to go in and I knew it was going to be a good time, but it was nice to see someone who, despite having a film to promote, genuinely seemed to have a good time, and had a real rapport with Jeremy. The News: I'm amazed they found that much they could actually use. I realised how it would end as soon as I saw the candles come out, but they were all so funny throughout. God knows where they find all that crap - sometimes I think the researchers have a better job than they do! I am really, really hoping there will be an uncut version of the news, even though it will have the bleep machine working overtime - there was so much they couldn't show, and there were some lovely, fashionable gifts modelled by all three boys (the jacket that Jeremy had was particularly epically dreadful). I loved it ;D The Stig Issue: I really hope this is an end to it. It was very funny, but it will get old. I understand why they were as bitter as they were, because I was talking to a couple of the guys behind Top Gear Live a few weeks ago and they explained why they'd chosen to structure the live show the way they did. People were less upset by BC writing a book - it was pretty much inevitable that he would do so when he stopped being The Stig, - and the release date was down to publisher pressure as much as anything else, so much as the seven years of history with (allegedly) no indication that he wasn't satisfied with things and that he was going to do what he did how and when he did. I understand from people who are involved with BTCC that he's a nice enough chap, but he went about this in about as wrong a way as it was possible to do so and nobody should be surprised that the boys are angry. It needed to be addressed on the show, it has been done in such a way as to leave people with no doubt as to how things stand and I'm keeping everything crossed that they can draw a line under it. It made me laugh anyway - but boys... please move on now In all, I really enjoyed it. Can't wait to see the Three Wise Men in action on Boxing Day!

Thank you for the Download AP! Dunno how you remained so calm next to the tg3...i would have been on the floor. Just watched it with me mum and nearly died laughing when Jezza asked Richard if he wanted some pussy. Mother dearest replied without skipping a beat "I've already got one thanks!" Oh course she was talking about our 6 month old kitten .... I hope
