The Lancia Stratos Zero concept (Bertone's original concept for what became the Stratos) had a similar windscreen arrangement, although rather than getting in through a door, you got in through the front a bit like a bubble car. It wasn't just a static model, either - it could be driven, albeit very carefully as there was virtually no visibility to the back and the driver has to lay prone in the car. But the back end... good lord, it's gorgeous. Attachments:
