Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May head to Albania to test the super luxurious Rolls-Royce Ghost, Bentley Mulsanne and Mercedes S65 AMG. Back on home soil, Jeremy is out on the track in a trio of high-powered hatchbacks, the Ford Focus RS500, the Prodrive Impreza CS400 and the one-off Volvo C30 PPC, whilst Jonathan Ross is the star in the reasonably priced car. Shall we also put a sweep stake on ? wonder who's going to be upset this week

Dear Mr Ross an expert in all things, putting your foot in it, erm no doubt this was rather fun, maybe he'll offer some advise

Shall we also put a sweep stake on ? wonder who's going to be upset this week Just about everyone, if they were to keep in everything that was said at the recording! However, it's clear that their way of working is to go with the flow at the time, knowing that judicious editing will create a programme fit for BBC2 at 8pm on a Sunday (well, kinda!)

You have got to remember that in the big book of TG they have wrote a full list of who Jeremy and the boys will upset now or in the future.I think it should be used as more of a check list. Scousers; Done. Mexicans; Done. Americans; Done (but enjoyed it so much will revisit) Etc,etc.

One of the best episodes in a long time. I would have given it a 10, weren't it for Jonathan Ross who I dislike as much as I like James.
Best quote: "Aeilerons, dear boy." + Jezza's look of despair. ;D

Best quote: "Aeilerons, dear boy." + Jezza's look of despair. ;D I fell off my chair laughing at that bit. Genuine camaderie between J+J in that bit. That, plus, Richard's pure enjoyment in the Merc in the drag race, did actually make this episode one of the best I've ever seen.

Love how they went to the trouble of putting a dummy James in the car at the end.

Oh bloody Nora, Twitter is now full of tweets mentioning James has been killed in an accident in Albania and people retweeting it for serious.

What are you betting it will end up in a paper tomorrow. ;D I'm not betting on things I know I'll lose. And now I have that Monty Python-scene in my head after seeing the post-show discussion. "I'm not dead, I'm getting better!" On the whole, very enjoyable indeed. Except for Mr Ross; he's a right car.

It's actually quite fun watching the internet explode and people facepalm all over the place. ;D
(The only really dead James May is a scorpion which died almost a year ago and was named after our Mr May.)
"No James Mays were actually harmed in the filming of this documentary."

I loved this episode! ;D The new man in my life also happens to like TG, and as he was staying at my place for the weekend, we watched it together. We both cracked up laughing on several occasions, especially when Jezza rolled backwards down the hill after his failed bump start. That really was funny! ;D

I just read where some Albanians are getting cranky now. They said nice things about the place. I don't think that people can recognize a joke anymore. I don't get upset when people say derogatory things about Americans (fat, redneck, stupid, whatever). I'd be upset ALL of the time. I'm from the South. It must be hard to be a comedian at the moment. I guess that the only safe humor is self-deprecating. Wait, that might encourage complaints from the Anti-Self-Loathing League. You can't make light of slowness, boisterousness, or teeth-whitening.

I thought TG did Albania and favour - it made me want to go there and I daresay a few 1000 others too.
Another good 'un. I didn't enjoy it any more or less than the others.
Mr Crumbs lusted over the Volvo - shame they're not putting it into production, it would help shift their 'safe and boring' repututation.

There has been an Official Complaint made to the BBC by an offended cyclist! ;D www.kimharding.net/blog/?p=1636In Dutch, we'd say it was great weather for fishing yesterday. Does that go in English as well?

Lindenchase - I'm afraid I don't get the great weather for fishing (but I am being a bit dumb today - I went shopping and forgot my purse.....)
All I can say is - oh for goodness sake! Silly cyclist.
