I think this was from his 20th Century series. agreed and he wasn't to steady on it either, if you look closely next time it is on you can see there is a helping "hand"

I can't remember precisely but I do know that every time I see it, certain things spring to mind.
1. I have never seen anyone look as uncomfortable on a horse as James does in this.
2. He looks more scared of the horse than the horse does of him.
3. Someone clearly told him this was a good idea, but every molecule of his being seems to be screaming, "Get me off this thing!"
4. It is a very short shot. I'm sure he was pleased to dismount.
I always feel so sorry for him.

Even though I have looked through this thread a few times since my return it's only just dawned on me that while I was away that this has become a "part 2" of the pics thread I must have been distracted by some one thing ;D

I found this mildly interesting - I suppose it falls into the 'what a difference a split-second makes' category. Both pics are part of the same (in)famous Daily Mail/Neale Haynes shoot. The first is from the Mail, with the strong, sexy image that ran throughout the photos published with the article. The second one is from the cover of an AA magazine. They appear to be taken moments apart and there is only a tiny difference between them, but I think they send out subtly different messages. Does anyone else agree, or am I just barking, as usual?

That's what happens in photo shoots It's normal, especially if they model is being talked to during the progression of shots. There's probably a stock pile of photos that never made it to production, that are just sitting in a folder somewhere in an office. Sad when you think about it.

Interesting, though. I've often felt while screencapping that I'm catching a moment that never actually existed as such, it's all down to interpretation of that split second. I suppose the interesting bit is how different publications choose which photos to use, even though there is so little difference between them.

He looks like he's going for 'bangs'...lol....it's clear he's going to be one handsome old man someday. He just keeps getting cuter and more adorable.
