Yep, the first two are from 12.2, when they were in the Winnebago on the Bonneville salt flats.
The third pic (James in the water, wearing a lifejacket), is from the end of the Vietnam special, and the remaining two are from near the beginning of the Bolivia special, when James nearly ended up with crushed nuts while climbing a plank onto the raft

There's a clip from Bolivia where Jeremy is sinking in the quick sand and he says he may as well take a leak and James and Richard tell him about the parasite that will go into him which he doesn't believe. I've heard of it before.
