I Think. The man talking to James sounds American.

Also had California plates. Definitely American. Is this new?

Hey California girls, see if you can get any info on James. It appears in the area somewhere, yes I know you are a very large state!

Nice-looking car.
I love these little candid snippets that appear from time to time.

I don't know. The tag is a California tag but the plate holder says Palm Beach which is Florida. The guys look very California in dress but the parking lot is really open and the buildings are really tall and old. If it's here, it has to be LA county. I still want to say Florida because the wind is really bad and the guy's accent is really nasally. I can never hear the local accent here, mines different. I'll ask the daughter, she from here. I'm still want to say Florida. There are clouds in the sky. We don't know what clouds are unless they are monsoon clouds and those aren't monsoon clouds. What if I'm wrong? Do I get an F?
EDIT: The girl says he's accent isn't local and I just noticed all the cars in the lot don't have front plates. Can't be here. Florida doesn't have front plates. I'm not a stalker...really. ;D

FWIW, Fisker's HQ's are in Anaheim, CA (kind of near LA, for you non-North Americans) and the scenery does look like southern Calif. But is this new? TG magazine reviewed this car earlier this year.

But I just got home from work and need to go shopping and teach my husband to cook something less expensive than all our chicken. so...I'll return later. He didn't want to come to WI? Ok, it's cold, windy, and turning really gross here.

Fisker KARMA Debuts at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show October 27-31 The First True Electric Vehicle with Extended Range (EVer) to Be Displayed in South Florida at the World's Largest Boat & Yacht Show
Could call my friend in Lauderdale to ask if she recognizes the buildings in background but I think she would worry about my behavior.

I googled Ft. Lauderdale trolly cars, and that sure looks like one in the back drop. Welcome to the sunshine state. I am taking my 89 year old friend to the airport this week to go there.

I wish the person recording the footage could've gotten another car's plates; at least we could compare it to something. It looks very windy (and too clear, really) to be LA, I think. The excessive wind and all those palm trees make me agree with Adrian; it's probably closer to Florida, and the accent doesn't sound Southern Californian, either.
The other reason I think it is Florida is the person who is recording it is a half naked dude with tats (I don't know of any guys who would do that in this weather now. Maybe 4 months ago, but not now). And it is either late morning or early afternoon when this is being recorded, methinks.
It is at times like these I wish I knew someone who worked in the DMV to run plate checks for me. ;D
