I enjoyed reading that. His daughters are so cute! I did have a bit of a laugh at the first paragraph: "HITTING middle age can send men a little wild – they’ll splash out on a flash car, buy a leather jacket and attempt the hairdo of their long, lost youth."Who comes to mind? ;D I can relate to what he says about the after-effects of a brain injury. I was concussed last year two years ago (time flies!!) which is nowhere near as bad as the injury he sustained, yet I found myself questioning my behaviour and consciously recognising the gradual improvement in my health over time. It is weird when you think that you're better, then six months later you realise you're even better, which means you must've been a bit off originally. I still question myself regarding my cognitive and emotional stability; I never know whether the possible "damage" is to blame or if it's just a normal part of getting a little older.  |

Richard as much as your really cute i just have to say this... WHY swap a Lamborghini for a pink camper van ARE YOU NUTS!! LOL! Lamborghini= REALLY NICE car pink camper van = NOT SO GOOD&plus IT'S PINK!(as the kids say where i work pink's a 'girl colour' lol) |

Good for him! Maybe he can pass some of those good habits onto the others....(haha yeah right)
That is really freaky that he can't remember a year of his life, even though he seemed to be functioning normally (I'm assuming since I did see that JR interview and he seemed fine). That poor man.

That poor man. A good friend of mine had a serious head injury last year in the middle of January(Super Bowl Sunday, right after the game ended, sports fans). He lost at least half the years worth of memories. But the good thing is he survived and got better, thank goodness. |
