This is. I think quite honestly. the best TG tribute video I've ever seen. The guy who made it (Thomas Blum, apparently, from Paris) not only knows how to edit and really feels every nuance of the music, but also has captured the whole essence of Top Gear. I think it's just brilliant! www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDJRR_zhsq4

Unfortunately, my synaesthesia rendered that unwatchable for me because of the music, but what I managed to watch was extremely well put together. Well worth a look.
(It's also worth noting that there are some very fast cuts/strobe-like effects in case these are a problem for anyone.)

Liked the video clips but not the music. I'll stick with the Benny Hill video.

I forgot that some of it might cause problems like your synaesthesia, Wy, and thanks for putting up the warning about strobing etc.
It's not my sort of music either, FizzyLogician, but the editing is excellent.

The weird thing is you can never tell what will do it - I can listen to similar music without any trouble at all. It could be worse - I know a fellow syn person who can't bear to listen to the Top Gear theme. It's too spiky for her and it hurts her brain, poor sod!

Agreed about the quality Dit. TG could use it a promotional video and it would meet their exacting standards. Didn't like the music either, though.
