Oh my god...What follows is one from the same era where he's talking about the Triumph TR6. He is so unabashedly nerdy in that one that it makes one's heart pound!

My only quibble is that BBC didn't see fit to share the part from the end of the TG news where Clarkson and Hammond were swearing that men couldn't drive small convertibles without looking like nellies, and James counters that a bloke can, but it has to be the right car. Then he claims to be the only proper bloke on the show, as Hammond uses too much hair gel and owns a poodle, and Clarkson won't drink brown beer and doesn't think flatulence is funny.
