I was just playing with the Profile tab and stumbled on Badges....you know what I'm going to say....Badges?! We don't need no stinkin' badges.

What I don't like is the recent posts. Sometimes it takes you to the post and sometimes it takes you to the very first page.Am I the only one this is happening to?

After a week or so, I still have no frackin' idea what this proboards thing is trying to prove. Does anyone else get this 'Stories from Around The Web' thing at the bottom right? Yes, I already know that oranges are good for me, thank you very much! Why is it that 'improved' things are always a bunch of 4#32/0rt9*vmyjv4w0?

Yes, I get the stories from around The Web but haven't bothered looking at them, as I'm still trying to get the hang of navigating the new JMB layout. The old one was much better.

Whats with the posts still being visible in the 'post new message' after you have hit POST?
And - when I go to delete the resulting duplicate post, I hit delete, and then get prompted to type the word delete too? Why do that?

Um... can anyone see any notification when they get messages on this board? I can see them when I log in on my phone, which is how I discovered I'd been sent a message by Vivienne the other day, but I didn't spot it when I was logged in on my laptop. I've recently sent an important message to the 'usual suspects' (board staff), and I'm hoping someone got it...

I know what you mean Wy, I miss the flash screen that popped up when you logged in, the discreet number over the word messages is easily missed. I had a message the other day that I didn't see for 2/3 days. Pros and cons of the new style board still coming out of the woodwork!

I do get notifications of messages whether I login on my laptop or my iPad. But I no longer get an email notification.  And the number over messages is rather tiny. |

I'm struggling to post links - what am I doing wrong?
If I use the "globe" icon, it just throws a load of gibberish around it, and I can't put my own tags in manually because I don't know what they are. Should it by the usual [ URL ] [ /URL] setup? I always preview posts when I've included links or photos, and nothing is working in the preview.
Clearly others aren't having a problem, because they're posting links OK.
