Loved it. Just loved it. Edit: Now I've had time to think, this is my favourite image.

I hate to be a whiney pants but..there's just something "off" about this season. The episodes have all the elements, they are solid, the photography is beautiful as usual (maybe even more creative and beautiful), the guests are fantastic but..I don't know..something is stale maybe? Is it the pacing of the show? I know it's not just me. The hubby is wrinkling his nose too and the kids have yet to sit through a whole show. Like I said, I hate to complain. It is good but..I don't know. Anyone? One thing I can't complain about; the caravan/SUV section is very amusing. I'm going to watch that section again.

*Waves to AM
I don't know - I've enjoyed this series far more than the last one. It can be formulaic, but they always seem to come up with something that tickles a rib or two for me.
I laughed like a drain at this week's show. Did last week too. I find I FF through the power tests though - they do seem pretty samey these days.

The picture above is priceless. I gave it a 10. I haven't seen James laugh so hard since the episode when they had to build their own caravans and jezza was in front of him weaving like he was toppling over. I get the impression they enjoyed themselves. It was interesting to see Steven Tyler so mellow. Another happy episode for me.If it makes me laugh it gets a ten.

This series is def. better than the last. I'm not sure they wanted to be working on this project at all last series and it showed. Yes, true, there is always something in an episode to giggle at.

Another great episode. The caravans.....absolutely classic. And James totally losing it - that's enough for me! Didn't like Mr Tyler - he was hard work for Jeremy I thought. The 911s, the Lambo...all fab. I do see what you mean though AM. I feel a new segment will have to be introduced for the next series. Personally I wouldn't mourn the passing of SIARPC. Replace it with a new idea....but I know a lot of people like it. Anyway, just my 2 bobs worth.

I liked it, especially the caravan race. That made me laugh a lot, especially the furry handcuffs at the end.
Yes, it is formulaic because that seems to be what people want. Having said that, I'd like a little tweak or two as well jm2.

I loved this, but I think my favourite part was the Lambo film. Actually, the car content in this episode was superb. I know a lot of us watch for the cocking about, but while those films have been tremendous fun, this series has quietly managed to get back to cars a bit, and this makes me very happy too. Maybe the format could use a little tweak, but on the other hand, it's a format that works - like the Porsche 911

It's not yet the end. They've already started shooting series 21.
But surely the best thing is to enjoy it while we have it, and not begrudge the boys for calling it a day when the moment comes? They've given us eleven years so far of pretty much constant writing, filming, touring and studio time, and they still have to fit their lives around all this. Can't always be the easiest job in the world, even if it is one of the best.

They aren't old. Jezza being the oldest is only 53.I think they have a couple more years to go. I can almost see a scenario where James and Jezza leave and Richard does a show with two others or by himself. Look at what we have to laugh at over and over. My cousin's son was watching the Germans vs. the UK in the doubledecker cars and was laughing. In my opinion it is only fair they take on the US before the retire.I want to see Tanner take on the Stig.

I really liked this episode, partly because it had a lot more James in it, and partly because they all seemed to be having such a good time. Just watching James and Jezza laugh at themselves during the caravan race was tremendous. I gave it a ten.
