"Sorry everyone, I've got to go now because the nurse has come for me. Sorry if I didn't get around to your question. I'll do another of these after The Reassembler has broadcast. It's on BBC4, 4th to 6th April, 9pm. #Plug" - James May

Fie - missed it. I wanted to ask him about the Panda - I've read listed a few times that he and TheMissus keep a Panda as a runabout. I wonder if he relented on selling his famous Fiat, or if they decided to buy another one after they got rid of the first one.

I believe they have a new panda now, not the black one that was on top gear

It looks like they sold the Panda, he also doesn't mention his Rolls-Royce Corniche in his answer about cars he currently owns either. I remember reading or hearing in an interview he was using the new BMW i3 as runabout Q. -"What cars do you currently own? And How big of a bell-end is Clarkson?" JamesMay_Reassembler -"Porsche 911 C2S BMW i3 Fezza 458 Speciale Massive"

I really enjoyed reading this, though I admit to skipping the vast majority of the comments.
I found this exchange to be particularly affecting....
Q. Hi James! I appeared on your show 'James May's Toy Stories' in the Airfix episode back in 2009 when I was still at secondary school, and I was the boy that didn't want to blow up his Airfix tank and that you said 'Would go far'. That comment always meant a huge amount to me, and still does. I'm currently studying for a Masters degree in Engineering at Oxford, so I could end up building a real plane someday, depending on how I specialise, although I haven't built much Airfix since the show!
A. Well, there you go. I was right.
