Cider on its own is bad enough! Another bottle of wine bought to watch the WA tonight. Then i'm having another on Saturday night at the party i'm going to. I have an ad for a liver check  What? Anyway, if you mix cider, wine and blackcurran tis that a snakebite, or is it something else? I get really confused, I'm currently drinking a shandy so I don't think me getting drunk off that (although I'm not) really counts |

Dont be shy google ads you provide us with much amusement. My first hangover was at 17 yrs of age & it was a result of being left alone in my grandparents bungalow (they had gone out for what is called a "Progressive" ie neighbours provide different courses of a meal) to look after their dog & was allowed to help myself to my grandpa's homemade wine & Woods rum (57% proof) which in those days i mixed with cola (big mistake!). Suffice to say the dinner they left for me, wine & rum did not mix. I passed out on the loo. Anyway, Grandpa gave me brandy & port the next morning. It worked! Mum used to take it for her morning sickness.

Not a hangover. It's a migraine. I wasnt blotto last night which is why i thought it strange. I'm home from work & going to sleep it off. The headache & nausea are going thanks to a work colleague giving me one of her Migroleves but i feel really tired, now.

Not particularly drunk, but getting there steadily if I don't thud in my bed very soon... Had lovely evening with best mate, who I hadn't seen for weeks. And I just wanted to blurt this out: it's amazing how soulmates can talk things out, without even directly targeting the agitations that had been going on. I love him.
Now, I think I'm gonna hit the shower.
