Staff Guidelines
As staff it is your job to ensure the safe running of the forum and that members observe the terms and conditions attached to it by the forum provider and by senior administration.
If a member steps out of line or posts something inappropriate you must bring it to their attention, usually by issuing a private PM to the member involved. If it seems to be a group problem, then please bring it to their attention on the Board.
Please delete any inappropriate/offensive material immediately.
If there is an overall problem on the forum then please deal with it as soon as possible or bring it to the attention of a more senior member of staff.
Please do not show favouritism towards any member.
Abusing your position as a member of staff will not be tolerated. Bullying, isolation, rudeness etc is unacceptable whatever the circumstances. If a member of staff has a particular problem with a member which they cannot rectify themselves, please talk to an administrator.
For everyone’s reference listed below are our current staff members, who can be contacted if any member has a problem or a query.
