Well, I suppose it might be possible to adapt the old version of the Jewish wedding ceremony. It doesn't work this way now, but in the past it wasn't required for the woman to speak at all during the ceremony. Instead it worked on the priciple of "by silence we give our consent" - i.e. if she didn't want to get married she'd have said something. Or legged it.
Still, it would be a challenge for whoever was officiating!
