I think this hair length/style suits him the best. Not too short, not too long, just cut right for his face shape. I agree- this a recent pic?

I loved that article. Reminds me of why I prefer a good, homemade loose leave cup of tea to froofroo coffee anyday.

Ah yes- I liked that column but only because I couldnt possibly DISAGREE with him more! I couldnt live without starbucks. Check when they release their quaterly profits data; I'd say at least 5% of that is from me!!!!! Admittedly, I'd often choose tea over coffee but with a cinnemon dolce latte on offer I quickly revert!!! I like the idea of James going all gangsta! Thats funny that is!

I love that column too, but it ended up costing me quite a lot of money because I followed the link to the website the Hurricane t-shirt came from and ended up buying three. The Hurricane one was a must, and given my flying boat obsession, I also had the Catalina one... still, at least the P-38 Lightning one was in the sale, and the Spitfire one was sold out...

I love Star Buck's chai tea, but for health reasons, I can't drink the coffees anymore. I like the gangsta bling bit too. If he does another book full of his articles, I hope he includes this one in it. T'is very enjoyable and makes me want to boil some more water.

I don't object to coffee, even though I don't drink it very often, but I don't understand why it needs to be served in a bucket and adorned with syrup, cream, froth, chocolate and various types of flavoured dust. Turns a cup of hot wet into something that will immediately superglue itself to my hips and arse and stay there until I die. And it's so easy to end up wearing half of it because the properties of cardboard mean that the rigidity of the largest cups in my local coffee house is a bit uncertain to say the least.
When I ask for ordinary filter coffee with cold milk (because I've noticed coffee, contrary to Mr May's observation about coffee shops being a hotbed of bilharzia, that the coffee is hot enough to strip several layers of skin from whatever it touches - no doubt including the freshwater snail larvae that burrow into human flesh and cause said condition - and my mouth is not made of asbestos, so I prefer to cool my coffee down a bit), the barista looks at me as if I'm insane and then declares, "ah, an Americano with milk!" At which point I change my mind and have a pot of tea instead.

Have you ever tried their chai tea? It's really good. Has a nice amoretto flavour and nutmeg.

I had a much beloved great-aunt that always slipped a cube of ice into her tea or coffee. I now do the same. At self serve places I always walk the coffee cup to the soft drink fountain, put some ice in it and then return to the coffee section and filll the cup. Have been asked what I was doing more than once. Someone once atempted to charge me extra for the ice!

I occasionally have hot milk at Starbucks and they don't charge! I've been floored when they say oh don't worry about it! I mainly have tea and hot milk on cold days or when feeling rubbish.

I didn't know that. I don't drink tea or coffee at all and am always stuck for something to drink on the rare occasions that I have to go in there. I usually have one of those fruit squishy things, the name escapes me at the moment. Hot milk would be much better

And as all the festive nonsense is already appearing in the shops, it will soon be gingerbread latte time again.
Why can't people just have a ginger nut with their coffee and be done with it?

Or just to breathe in the lovely aroma. You'll enjoy it. [talking to Nobody with that remark] James reminds me of my bro-in-law with this particular column: a basically nice guy but with militant opinions on virtually every topic under the sun But then, that's what they pay him for.

He looks great all the time to me, no matter what. Of course, I'm biased. Long hair, short hair, inbetween hair, shades, specs, suit, jeans & t-shirt, flower shirt, striped rugby shirt, torn jeans, shorts, white Lindsey Buckingham hat, Russian bear hat....he's just beautiful all the way around. Alright, that's more than just his hair, but I'd fall for him just the same. Honey, you forgot naked

Oh no, Fussy. I thought about it the whole time I was writing that. I left it out, because I wanted to see if someone else wanted to use it.

Oh, wait a wee minute.......does that sound manky? I was, of course, referring to his fringe! Maybe I should have kept that thought to myself. Forgive me girls!

So sorry to lower the tone there! It's just that whenever I think of James May, the tone couldn't get any lower! Are we all in this state or is it just me?

No this state of general filth when it comes to James is pretty normal. Apart from when there are new pictures, then the filthy-ness increases. Especially if the pictures include leather and a bit of skin
