I've seen a couple at a track here in the NE but there isn't a dealer here either.

my brother has my memorycard of my camera with him for school and I said to mother: I bet today Im going to see something extraordinary, like a beautiful sky or a nice car. Well, what do you think? I saw a Ferrari F430 convertible and there's a beautiful sky today. When I saw the Ferrari, I hadnt even brought my phone, so couldnt take any pics at all. I have a few of the sky tho, but the quality sucks..

I saw a Nissan Juke yesterday at H=Mart. I looked at the front, realized it was brand new and thought it was a Murano even though the back looked strange from the front. I had to see it.What a weird SUV. That square back is something else!

I saw the Ferrari F430 Spider again this afternoon. Yet I was thinking: Hmm, the man who owns it isnt particularly rich and the place where he's living certainly either. So I remembered the plate (naturally I didnt have my camera or phone with me ) and as soon as I had typed in the first numbers of the plate, the rest came automatically, so this particularly "Ferrari" has already been mentioned on the Interweb before. And I was right: It's a fake Ferrari, probably built out of a Toyota MR2... ;D www.ferrari-chat.nu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=89&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&sid=e4a2d9e1cbafc0d74b43f28fce388d94&start=5720

The MR2 conversions run MASSIVE spacers on the rear wheels to fill the arches, and thus put a MASSIVE load on the bearings in a direction they just cant cope with! Et voila - your wheel falls off!

Can't get nat's link to load, but I saw one of those replicas at the Woodvale Rally this summer. It was for sale and believe me, I was sorely tempted! It was a beautifully put-together piece of kit and quite honestly I would be prepared for the wheels to fall off, just for the sheer look of the thing.

Oh, that's lovely! The one I saw was a hard-top in black, but this red one has the same sort of high quality paint job that looks authentic. *makes strange gurgling sound*But, but.....is it towing a trailer?? How can you do that to a thing of such beauty?

I dunno. I think it still looks more like an MR2 than a Ferrari. Waste of money. And the MR2 is a decent car to begin with...it's a shame to destroy it like that.

The other day I saw a Jag (didn't notice what specific type) and there was a red bow tied around the Jag emblem's neck. Part of me thought that it was a cute holiday decoration. Part of me thought it was incredibly pompous of the Jag owner to flaunt their car (and wealth) that way.

I was on my way up to see my brother and spotted this French's mustard car which I thought was a Mustang. It has saleen in the bumper and a spoiler right on top of the trunk, it was like a porsche. I couldn't see a maker or any identifying marks. I told my brother and he said it was a Mustang with a high performance kit. Now I know something new.

Nice! That Mini Cooper is lovely. If I had the money *note to self: buy lotto ticket today* I'd love a Mini. They're so much fun. Richard's one in the India special has inspired me. ;D And, after having watched 20th Century, I've also fallen in love with the Mark I Cortina.

I'd seen that new Mini in the main dealer's when I took mine in for a bit of work a couple of weeks ago, but it was the standard model in a rather dull colour and I wasn't impressed, it looked as if it was wearing a baseball cap backwards. This one was the real deal, though, very tasty.

Not a first hand sighting, but a friend of mine knows someone who works at a big hotel in Liverpool. When my friend was there his friend took him down into the car park to 'show him something interesting'. It was a chromed Buggati Veyron. When I was told this tale I groaned as I saw a chromed SLR a year or so back, and it was the trashiest thing I've seen in a long time. I googled the Veyron and it looks like this in the publicity photos which is pretty tasteful, but apparently in real life it looks more like this sort of thing and this, apparently, is how they do it.

Ecto-1 Ghostbustermobile, awesome! A 1970s era Cadillac Miller-Meteor if I remember right. Saw my first Fiat 500 a few days ago. Personal opinion-ugly! I'm just not a microcar/hatchback person. I love full size sedans and trucks.

Agreed, RX7, and sadly enough there's loads of 500's here.... As are Panda's - yuck.
Saw a Masserati today!!! Never had seen one before. It gave powerrrrrrrr close to me, A.W.E.S.O.M.E.

There aren't many Fiat 500's here, but when I was at the car show a couple of weeks ago, they attracted a huge crowd, more so than any other car. There was a big line of people waiting just to sit in one. The other small cars/hatchbacks also garnered a lot of interest, although not mine.

I was in the city the other day and was stuck in traffic next to what I believe was a Ferrari 458 Italia in baby blue. (I didn't look too closely as I didn't want to be spotted by the mid-life-crisis sitting at the wheel.) No opportunity to witness its POWERRRR though, unfortunately. A few weeks ago I did see a Roller drive by near my work - it was this hideous canary yellow colour which looked completely ridiculous. If I ever move to England, I'm definitely test-driving a Fiat 500. ;D We don't have them here at all.
