Absolutely Talk about "too short a season"... My sentiments exactly... (to quote the Mamma Mia film!) Still, it sounds like its going to be a cracking episode tonight!

Think it's time to have a channel on TV just devoted to TG, for those times in your life when nothing else will simply do. That's very nearly Dave!

Only 20 minutes to go. Yes, we are really lucky to have Dave. You know you're never far away from an episode of TG.

Are Dave starting to make new progs? Saw a political correspondent chappie on the One Show and he is fronting a quiz specially for Dave.

Have to admit I only watch Dave for TG generally so I don't know. Maybe it wants to move away from being a channel for repeats.

That was a classic episode through and through. Absolutely loved it. It's all the little touches that make these things work and well done Stig James for winning the war I mean the race for them. Loved the cars, loved the humour. Richard destroying the car lap board, James driving the sumo wrestlers. Loved it when he was shown out on the circuit dropping some earth out of his trouser leg. And they all looked fantastic. Great end to the series.

That was just fantastic! Even A-E sat in silence for most of it, only breaking his silence to giggle. So bloody funny, so well balanced, some fantastic little moments. Too many fantastic moments to choose from, in fact And it wasn't just the big things, some of the little looks were priceless. *Rapturous applause*

This was a great one. Husband got to drool over Sabine (who he still has a crush on), and I got to drool over James (especially in the flight suit) and the German guy with the longish hair (sorry, I forgot his name, but he had a great smile). I loved James trying to drive the sumo wrestlers to their match, even though he almost got them lost. Jay Kay looked great and I'm so glad he beat Simon's score -- YES!!!!!!!! I can overlook Jeremy's opinions in the news, because I like him - alot- no matter what. It's way too easy to like him regardless.

Ah, we think James didn't drive and it was the Stig, but how do we really know. Yes, he was rather under used (again : but he was busy digging a hole to escape. I was hoping they didn't roll the plane with Jezza in it as he usually throws up. That was a spectacular entrance. Would like to see more footage of the planes.

A 9, cause I don't give out 10 unless there were no flaws whatsoever. I loved their utter joy when they flew those spitfires. Finally James did a car review. I always love them, they are so very different from the ones that Jezza and Richard do. The whole Germany-Britain competition was so funny. If you speak German, you'll have loved it even more. The subtitling didn't even cover half. ;D Few things I didn't like. Why cover the Furai (sp?) when it's broken down, why not wait until the next series? Also the beginning of the News seemed to have a few strange editing cuts. Did anyone else notice? And I so do not like Jay Kay. I pray Simon C. wins back the lead position asap.

Was hovering between a 9 and a 10, but thought to hell with it, let's just give it a 10. Mum called as I was sitting here poised to log in, and now I can't remember anything I wanted to say! It'll come back I'm sure. If I start waffling, I'm sure things will come back, but as others have said it was a combination of the main things and all the little touches.

Those boys are beginning to understand exactly what they do to at least some of us ladies. James bound and gagged... naughty boy. And did you see some of the expressions on his face tonight?!

They've been on to us for a while, I think ;D Loved James spreading grit on the track and the Spitfire entrance was a classic. So glad the Germans were on the same wavelength ;D

Sabine is brilliant, I'm always happy to see her on TG. The thing is, she always looks like she's having such a damn good time when she's behind the wheel. Lucky lady

Jeremy's always so good at making me laugh hysterically. The other thing I really liked was James shooting him with the paintball tank. That was hilarious. ;D ;D ;D I can't wait until the new series comes out. Even though this series was short, it was very enjoyable. I need to get some sleep. Sweet TG dreams, Inky and all.
