I just read that. At first, I wasn't sure what to think, so I had to take back what I said originally. Anyway, I actually did vote for Ross Perot, but as a protest vote, since I didn't like the candidates at the time and he was the only one out of all three that made any sense.

Such a shame it's not in the paper (unless someone can point it out for me) it's not hurting anyone and I love it! Sensible chap and I thought the Stig only relaxed to Morse code

Page 3 of which section please? I've not seen the papers apart from the Motoring section today. If it was in the motoring section they've missed it out

Personally, I think this throw-away comment has had more publicity than it ever deserved. I would go to Chris Moles website and point out to the imbecile duly elected representative of the population that there are, currently, far bigger issues to worry about than this Do not give these comments any more airtime. They don't deserve it

I agree. There are more important issues in the world.

And I'm glad to see our politicians have moved on to more important issues. Today, they discussed the results of Saturday's X Factor in the House of Commons...
Although having said that, the MP in question, who represents the constituency this week's loser came from, was actually using it to illustrate that "MPs should resist the temptation to comment on editorial matters..." that have recently made headlines.
Mr Mole, are you listening?

Someone on the FG board found this column from little John that was posted in the DM at the time of the murders. At one point he says....That doesn't make it justifiable homicide, but in the scheme of things the deaths of these five women is no great loss. Now to me that seems a little but heartless thing to print at a time when the murders where still happening. www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/co...-routine-.html
