Don't want anything permanent, the needle and noise freak me! I have my ears pierced when I was 19, under duress from my mum and sister but hey I wear lots of pretty things now. Exactly the reason for me to get them pierced, girlie-style: to wear pretty dangling things! ;D My ears were butchered at various places when I was a bit younger, but I grew bored of them, I suppose. I'd really like to have a tatt, but I never seem to be able to put enough money aside to actually get one... I'd really like to have one just below the inside of my elbow, you know? |

I have I LOVE CAPTAIN SLOWwritten across my back in 6 inch high letters...  Actually have a tiny chinese symbol, which I tell people means 'James', but really means 'Angel' Only got my ears done about a year ago - talk about a late developer LOL |

I've got four tats and I'm thinking about a fifth but not sure what to have. Something unusual though! So far I have a koi on my lower back, a dragon on my boob, a Tolkien-inspired rune for "30" on my right wrist and a celtic griffin (similar to Angel's on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I'm such a geek) on my right shoulder. I'd like something to do with angels next I think...

I have a small outline moon and three stars on my lower back. Think I might go get it colored in soon. I want something else but I'll wait for inspiration before doing it, has to be perfect.
I have my ears pierced twice and I'm considering getting my nose done just to see what it's like but I'll wait and see. I got talking to someone who offered me a discount in their body piercing place... I'll see.
I'll check if my parents will disown me if I do it and decide then.

Forgot about piercings!
My right ear is done 3 times and my left ear is done 4 times. I did my nose myself when I was 17 but my mum threw a fit and made me take it out again.
I'm now twice that age but I haven't improved with keeping. After my bellybutton piercing grew out the first time I couldn't be bothered to go back to the shop and have it done again so I did that myself too. But it grew out again, so now I'm taking the hint :/

;D You should do it gote (disownment allowing) Though having my nose done really freaked me out for some reason!! My tongue didnt phase me at all!!! Or anything else I had pierced for that matter!! I have an inner wrist tattoo in memory of a friend, and one on my upper arm!! I want one on my foot next.....

I'm gonna get a wee dark butterfly and I think it'll be next to my collar bone. because i want to be a primary teacher when I leave school, I can't really have big skulls and dragons going down my arms  I would love to though |

Sounds lovely! I can see why maybe you don't want to scare the kiddie-winks with monsters all over you! Although you can always get one where they can't see...
Debating getting a second, but can't figure out what it should be or where to put it! Was thinking about a butterfly - they look so good as a tattoo

i wish i could be as brave as everyone on here to get a tattoo. i always have wanted to get my shoulders and arm tattooed but i cant stomach pain.

Thank you Vixen  Carrie, it's really not that bad. Some people, like me, actually find it relaxing! I love getting tattooed, but I don't want to be covered in them. Still, I think when I have some money, that Bugatti one is probably going to be done. Maybe I'll extend the design and make it a "peak of engineering thing", and include Concorde, the SS Great Britain and Clifton Suspension Bridge! |
