He's just a movie star now so he can't be bothered. I hope he's somewhere important and not STILL on holiday. I hope he's having to white water raft or bungee jump off a bridge for the sake of good TV. ;D

I wonder if he conferred with Mr May on the column content?! Similar issues this week, though each in their own inimitable style

Now our James is good at 'ranting' and could go on and on. Jeremy on the other hand; Jeremy is a power ranter. He is a degree above James in that he starts, doesnt always back his points up with egs, puts in lots of sarcasm and basically STILL wins u over! genius!

Poor Jezza's going to miss that Lambo. This is the problem with huge, impressive cars. If just about anyone else was driving it, nobody would notice who was behind the wheel, they'd be too busy gawking at the car (maybe some of the 107 photographers were really snapping the car... nah, surely not), but Jezza+Lambo=photographic frenzy so I understand the dilemma. What he needs is a 10 year old Micra with tinted windows ;D
Dog rental... strange idea. It's an American thing, so Henry VIII is responsible for that too ;D Why does that make so much sense?

Have you read the comments for that review? There is one from a bloke suggesting he fights fire with fire and starts to photograph those who photograph him. He can then put them on his website under the heading of 'people with nothing better to do' ;D. Personally I think that is an excellent idea.

I don't reckon to agree with him but it certainly made me laugh, as Jeremy's column usually does ;D

That's the kind of place I've been looking for. Fed up with chains, themes and things served with jus. I'm trying to persuade my chef friend to go it alone and open one but he says he needs to win the lottery first. I want to try Curious Orange next year if it is still going As for Wethersthingys, I have to admit both the Piston Broke and the Bruin's Ruin were very good pints.

And nice onion rings. Northwich could do with a pretty canal side pub - maybe when the dear old Floatel is laid to rest they could build one just for Jezza. ;D

Yes, though the chap in the Floatel bar did offer to make my beer more "real" by adding mud and twigs to it, which was very generous of him ;D I like your plan Ly. And if they know I'm coming they know they'll be safe in ordering a cask of something properly brown

I want to try Curious Orange next year if it is still going I can only agree with ly and say the meal we had there was superb As for Wethersthingys, I have to admit both the Piston Broke and the Bruin's Ruin were very good pints. As for the Piston Broke that's the story of my life ;D

He's been genuinely hurt by the reaction to this, hasn't he? Yes, he's a daft sod, but anyone with an ounce of sense could have realised he was just being Jeremy, not the anti-christ. I feel for him, and for once not in a smutty way
