Looks good!
Couldn't help noticing the headline below the Toy Stories piece, "Woman hid television between legs and boarded bus".
I hope it was a flat screen.

From BBC Press Office:
James May's Toy Stories: Flight Club
In this epic Toy Stories Christmas Special, James May gets to the heart of the nation’s childhood love-affair with the model plane, and sets out to achieve what seems an impossible dream: the first cross channel flight ever achieved by an engineless, homemade supersized toy. If it survives the perilous 22-mile journey, James’s classic toy glider lovingly built from over 1,000 pieces of balsa will smash the British distance record.
Underpinned throughout by James’s own infectious passion for flight, his mission is dedicated to making the dream of flight come true for the generations of children who, like James himself, slaved for hours over balsa and glue only to see their fragile and much-loved planes smash tragically onto the unyielding concrete of reality.
During his quest, James turns Indiana Jones to unearth surprising new evidence that identifies children as the true pioneers of flight, and wrestles with an underperforming glider that threatens to barely leave the ground. From a visit to a mysterious and barely inhabited island to helicopters lost in the fog and missing speedboats, Flight Club is an epic journey into the unexpected, culminating in a thrilling and visually stunning last throw of the dice.
No date yet, unless I'm looking in the wrong place

Sounds amazing! Makes sense of Henry Dalton's comments - I think this is going to be another inspiring one. Hope it's going to be on either Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
Update: this has been tweeted tonight from Base Films, the production company
Properly proud of @mrjamesmay #ToyStories. Advanced screening tonight. #bestever

James has been on a BBC Press morning, with information coming through on Twitter. Chris McCluskey, a BBC publicist, posted this comment and pic earlier Press morning with @mrjamesmay going well so far. #toystories returns to #BBC2 this Christmasand a little later toystories press day continues - now we are making the perfect paperplane with @mrjamesmayElaine Penn, features editor of TV Choice, sent Thank you @mrjamesmay for telling me all about the Christmas ep of toystories. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to you.and also put out, under the TV Choice name We've been to meet @mrjamesmay, who told us all about his Christmas ep of toystories. He's a high flier in this one! Read more soon...so obviously there will be an article prior to the programme. I love the fact that people with whom James interacts always thank him and say lovely things about him. Added later: From David Stephensonþ, TV critic of the Sunday Express Top chat with @mrjamesmay this morn. Love the sound of his new Toy Story out this Xmas bbc2. Good stuff about Top Gear too. It's back soon He must have been seen leaving too.... Just saw James May on charlotte street - what a scruffy guy!

Coo, I didn't notice. Could just be a winter coat that happens to be red and have a woolly lining, I suppose. Does rather open up the whole "Come and sit on my knee, little girl. Have you been bad? Yes? Oh goody" scenario.
(Assuming the 'little girl' involved is one of the ladies of the JMB, of course!)
I did notice the extremely shiny wrist-watch. He really does like his watches, doesn't he?
NB - here's a funny one. Proboards will let me write 'watch' and 'wrist-watch', but won't let me write 'wristw*tch' (see the censorship?). I had to dredge the bottom of my dirty mind to work out why - think I've got it, but by gum, it's obscure!

The Toy Stories special, Flight Club, will be on Sunday 23 December at 9.30pm. It's about flying toys. I become slightly emotional. #Plug

I think it might be because of the letter combination of Tea, Double-U, Ay, Tea. Proboards doesn't seem to care if the word is free standing or contained in another word, which seems a bit over the top to me, but what do I know?
More on topic, I'm really looking forward to the new series! My beloved and I watch them when we can get them. It'll be a nice program to watch on Christmas Day once the festivities have wound down.

Yes, I reckoned it was that word too! Talk about over-protective; just makes us drag our minds through the muck to find out what we're missing (or was that just me?)
Sounds as if the programme is going to be a treat for James fans.

Yes, I reckoned it was that word too! Talk about over-protective; just makes us drag our minds through the muck to find out what we're missing (or was that just me?) Proboard is so thorough I may have learned a few new ones, even. And since it points them out inside of other words, it's helpful if you want to play all those words Scrabble traditionally doesn't allow. I suppose we can look at it as a feature instead of an annoyance.

I'm thinking that if James has mentioned that he got emotional, he probably got really emotional. Maybe crying a bit...
