Can't believe James was less than 25 miles from here and I didn't know I remember having a bogie when I was 'ickle. The Silver Cross factory was 2 miles from where I used to live in Yeadon before it moved to Bingley. As a baby, I went everywhere in a huuuuuge, black Silver Cross pram

Well, not Christmas anymore, but the first TopToys will be repeated on Dave on August 16th at 10.00 pm. That's next Saturday! I already left requests on FinalGear and HH, but could someone please record and upload? All the torrents I have ever found miss the first few minutes and the quality is very poor.

Thanks, Linden. I was so gutted when Monomath's account was disabled on YouTube, since he put up all of the 2005 Top Toys, except for the train one, which is still there. I'll set my Sky box for that. I love when he shoots the Bismark and Action Man. That's great. LOL.

Just two, the original one from 2006 that they will be showing next Saturday and the one about his sisters toys, that was shown last Christmas.

How many shows were there of Top Toys? Just wondered as I think I'll have to get some more DVD's. Now it would have been an idea for that to have been put on a DVD as a package DD, you're a genius. I wish they'd put both of the Top Toys shows and Inside Killer Sharks on DVD. I'd be more than happy to buy a copy of each. I still need to order the California WA. Soon, soon.

His brother David is two years older than he is. Which means James was the youngest child until he was ten and little sister Sarah appeared. I wonder what that must have been like for him. ;D

Well, I think it was giving and taking. In TopToys II, Sarah reveals how James used to take her Major Morgan away from her and put it somewhere she couldn't reach. ;D But then James mentions how he also read Ladybird book Cinderella to her.

I'm presently watching this one (sister's). I just saw him roll his eyes like Leslie Grantham used to do on East Enders and Fort Boyard after the Tiny Tears bit. I had one of those and used it as practice when my sisters were born. He just mentioned my least fave colour - pink. Ew!

Thanks! DD you'll need flashget or limewire (basically a prog that will download the torrent for you) Then you just click on it and itll download it for you automatically. But if you are anything like me you will find it takes a while and stops your pages loading so download when you have nothing you need on the net!

Linden, how does this work? I've gone into try to download it but Windows doesn't recognize it. Help please ? As Stigalious mentioned you will have to install a torrent-programme first. I'm using Vuze (former known as Azureus), you can download that from www.vuze.com. It's a filesharing programme, if the download stops it 's because noone is uploading. But with popular programmes that's hardly a problem. It might look all a bit complicated, but it's worth the effort. I have downloaded loads and loads of stuff, all TopGear episodes, all the programmes James has ever made, American late-night shows I enjoy etc etc.

I guess I should know this, but the repeat on Saturday is 1 hour 20 mins long... Is this all he did and, if not, anyone know when the rest is on?

So far as I know, that was all - just the one programme.

Thanks daisy... I'll be honest, I've always simply assumed there was a series, and Saturday was maybe 2 or 3 episodes in one block

Judging from the Youtube clips I caught of the Toys programme (before they all disappeared from there - bah) it seems to be just one long programme.

Bump! TopToys is on tonight, together with a whole lot of other TG goodies. Repeated request: if anyone can record and upload that would be great. If no one can, at least I hope somebody will be able to tell me how much of the programme I'm missing. My recording starts with the steam train leaving the railway station and James being in middle sentence saying..."changing the lives of millions of children, including me."It always bugged me not knowing what came before.

You didn't miss too much, Linden. Just a tiny bit of him introducing the show and the beginning tune. I have it on tape, a bit old fashioned, sorry.

Hi Linden,
Are you able to catch Dave? It's coming on Dave at 10pm. Hopefully you'll be able to get the beginning of it then, if you do.
