When I went last year it was with two other females and there was no problem. Apparently when we checked they said they preferred all females to all males so unless things have changed dramatically you should be fine but you could always ring Applause just to double check.  |

The gender mix requirement is there for a reason, and they've become much stricter of late, for a number of reasons. I would be VERY careful if you are going in a group of 4 females - I'd advise getting email confirmation from AS as telephone confirmation from AS means nothing to the security guard on the gate at Dunsfold, who is not employed by AS. We got in, but only after quite a lot of arguing. Groups of all males will almost certainly NOT get in, although some creative car-sharing at The Sun Inn would, of course, solve the male-female mix... (not that I'm advocating getting in cars with strange men, obviously...)

At least you are all ready in the right country LOL ;D ;D I picked July 1st because its the Wednesday before the Goodwood Festival of Speed and fits in between the V8 Supercar races I have to work at and the birthday parties I have on in June/July that people would KILL me if I blew them off for the UK haha |

Hmmm, I dont know. One of the birthdays is my cousins 18th and in her last year of highschool, for her English major assignment, she had to write about her "inspiration" in her life and I was hers...........I was chuffed The other is my bestfriends 25th birthday so I am in a sticky spot lol |

Anyone got the call? I read on finalgear some people have......
I missed a call from a private number and am trying to convince myself that it wasn't Applause because if it was - they dont call back and I missed out.........that is worse than not getting a call LOL
