We've been allocated a track time of 13:00 - 14:20, then 30 mins to be in our seats for the show, so I don't think a lunchtime meet-up would work. I'm very much up for an after-show drink/meal/drink/whatever though ;D My OH and I have also been allocated that track time, as well as the 3pm live show. Hope to see you there. Only a few more days to go now. Yay!! ;D

Not long now ladies ;D Re meet up at the Hilton in the evening. 8pm or as near as anyone can manage, in the main lounge bar, which is on the left as you go through the main doors. There are enough mug shots of the likes of me and Dit and others on the members photo thread, so i think with a bit homework, we should be able to successfully spot each other on the night. However, for those with poor recognition skills - i.e. me!!! I'm happy for people to PM me and i'll give you my moby number. 2 more days of work to go, then its time for some fun!!!

I reckon general recognition is the way forward. We've discussed ribbons, printouts - but I come from the Blackpool area, and believe me I have a great horror of anything that hints towards hen-nights and raucous ladies' meet-ups! No, we shall be restrained and lady-like (though that might mean someone stops me after the third glass of wine!)

I'm having clothing issues!I need something to wear that is comfortable but stlyish that will avoid the need to change from day wear to suitable for drinks and dinner. So jeans, white shirt, blue blazer and brogues or black fitted trousers, knee boots and tunic over the top.Decisions,decisions.

Have you seen what Rowland's been tweeting today? It's sounding very, very entertaining.
In other news, my hairdresser took my 'don't worry, you won't cut it too short' as a challenge. If anyone wants me, just look for a short, fat lesbian.

He's very funny at times, and I think he's getting quite excited about the show

Surely you can sex up a boilersuit with some strategically placed slashes and holes? I'm sure James would approve very much.
To those going this month, have a fantastic time! I still live in hope for a 2012 Australian Tour - come on James, get your arse back here on the east coast...

If anyone wants me, just look for a short, fat lesbian. This plan, it seems, may not work. There's an L-Word convention on at the hotel, and that description could fit about half the people here...

There has been so little fan reports as yet Come on, girls! I've read mixed reviews on FB, which annoys me to no end. If you're not a fan of the boys, don't bloody go and complain when it's not a live version of the show. I just can't stand all the whinging... Sorry if some of you didn't like it :x But honestly, I would have been happy just to see them standing around smoking and drinking tea & Red Bull for an hour.

Just got back from Brum. The show was good but I'm hanging fire on telling you what it was like as anyone going to the Londaon shows can make their own minds up. All three fellas where in fine fetal but no outside viewings of them(boohoo). James is a fine looking man it has to be said.

No!sorry. My camera is rubbish and shots I did get were really blurry. So crap camera and crap photographer. I'm sure Dit and Jacqui will have some. I did meet up with Jacqui,Dit and Mayfare and they were all lovely. Next year the family is getting ditched and I'm going on my own,the child was excited but she was tired and grumpy by the end of the day.
It was a great show and they were all funny but you can't drool with your OH standing there.

Back from Birmingham - was a bit worried after reading the negative comments on Facebook last night that the show would be lacking. $&^*£!!%$ to the whingers! We've just had a fantastic day Got there early, before the crowds and got our pics taken sat in the TG studio mock-up, played on the Cool Wall, cricked our necks on the TG simulator that takes you on a couple of laps round the track and had a really great time looking round the exhibitors. I took a picnic, so no trouble or queueing food-wise. The gold tickets we had, meant we could sit in the grandstand to watch the track event. Bits of allsorts going on in that show - don't want to spoil it by telling, but it was varied, exciting, wonderfully noisy and lasted a lot longer than I had expected, well over the hour. Just a short break, then it was time to see the boys in their show. They were on top form and were really putting some effort into their comedic segments with whacky events based on the Olympics, very loosely! There were excellent performances from the stunt teams and the usual beauty parade of the supercars. The finale was a bit tamer than usual as there was not the usual Stig showdown, but it was good nevertheless. We again had great allocated seats and the boys moved round so that they played to most of the audience at some time. If they happened to be facing away from us, we just watched them on the mega-big screens. After the shows we spent the remainder of our time visiting the Classic Car Show (free entry) where I drooled over a large collection of Jaguars. I could find no faults at all! Even the shuttle-bus to the car parks arrived within a couple of minutes! - I needn't have worried. The new format was excellent and well worth the cost.

*drools* Lovely shots MOA and AP...I shall be stealing. So they included a TG News section in the show? That's one thing we missed as we didn't have Hammond.
