The Cathouse last night and messing around basically  me and my bf were having a mock fight were you shout "mon then!" and push each other gradually getting harder. He pushed me, my knee twisted and i fell, quite spectacularly into the wall with metal ridges in it and ended up crumpled on the ground Now my knee, back, shoulder and arm are sore...........and my head  |

I had a really bad panic attack in school today during lunch. It's the first time it's been that bad and in school but I could'nt stop shaking and I was told by a few of my mates I wen't pure white. One of my guy mates grabbed me and I was wondering why, then again my mind was'nt with the world |
