I would NEVER wish to be hungover. I accept that it's occasionally a necessary evil on occasion, but I'd much rather be recovering in a non-hangovery sort of way!

I get very miserable when I'm drunk, and pick fights with people.
I nearly got thrown out of a club once for trying to head butt somebody who was about two feet taller than I am LOL

I have the hangover from Hell (in a handcart).
A "nice glass of wine with our meal" turned into 3 bottles and 4 shots. Resulted in me spilling loads of emotional stuff to one of my friends, finishing with a silly giggly secret phone call at 3am and a semi-planned trip to Telford on Sunday. Oh dear!

Mind you, the last time I got trollied, I had to call TOH and get him to pick me up........long story, but the dear girl hosting the do refused to let me leave her flat to go and get my train home, as she was convinced I would get 'shot or stabbed', and she practically held me hostage in there.......was actually a little scary. Until she fell asleep in her bathroom, wrapped around the U bend of her toilet, which was when i tried to make a run for it, only to discover that it was 1 am and there were no trains anyway.
TOH not impressed by me LOL, but it wasn't my fault - not entirely, anyway.

I'm currently more than slightly off my face, due to consumption of (at least) a bottle and a half of vino this evening whie watching Will Smith kill some aliens.

It all started off at lunchtime when my friend asked for a double ginger wine for me and was given a quadruple. Then I found they had Zinfandel and so did the pub we were in this evening...

Yep, I'm back. And clattered. GIN!! (same bottle(s) I was throwing around in The Corner a while back ) Unfortunately I am giving gin some fuel to it's pre-disposition as a depressing spirit, as I do feel extraordinarily crap at the moment (emotionally). However, Cranberry+Bombay Sapphire+splash of mineral water for a bit of fizz = yum! |
