Ah Thanks. yeah its odd with me the build up is so nervey with anticipation but once I am with James I'm a different person. although I am still shaking.

Star, that was a brilliant account - loved it; puts one in "the land of squee" just to read about! Good on you for going for the kiss. They can't take that away from you, to quote Sinatra.
Who gave James & Phil a rose -- the event organisers? That was a nice touch.

Yes it was the event organisers. All the speakers must have got one as we saw the previous person leaving with a long-stemmed pink rose too, all leaves and thorns removed!!!

I'm interested as to what he said about the Telegraph posters - did you tell him that you posted, Maibee, or did he spontaneously recognise your name? Could you tell whether he was kind of Oh no, not that lot, or was it it more positive, or wasn't he letting on? I'm too infrequent a poster to be remembered myself  . |
