I'd like to see the boys try out emergency vehicles and then improve them or make their own or something.
Something about seeing Clarkson in paramedic uniform would be hoooooooooooooooooooot....

James would probably take a wrong turn somewhere and terrify some old lady by turning up at her door and announcing he's here to help her very sick husband.
