I watched a very brief interview with on the south west news this evening. He was emphasing the importance of lining up the track properly - all ten miles of it- "if the train comes off we have to start agaIn"

He had to don wellies before he got of the tractor ;D

Based on the picture, I would say Devon Show was just a normal, summer agricultural show in the UK. Wouldn't be right if it was sunshining and dry

James is finally being allowed to do something properly without Jezza and Hammond getting into his way. ;D

Is the regional news on BBC iplayer? If so, I'll go have a look for a UK proxy so I can watch it, but I won't bother otherwise.

Update from the student over on Final Gear who has been helping James with the Mecanno bridge:

sorry for the lack of comms, but been very very busy..
as far as I know, so far, the bridge is done, and will be unvieled 8th aug, this saturday.....weather depending..
