I'm not too surprised the book is delayed. There are so many pictures and details which need to be put in. I just hope it's not the same weight as a small child. ;D

This is the DVD cover. BFS here as well! ;D I wonder if they'll change the cover of the book to be more in line with the dvd? The action figure doesn't relate much to the toys from the series, does it?

Those covers are brilliant! But Toy!James is quite interesting and slightly bizarre ;D I am a bit sad that there is no sign of the plasticine garden on the DVD cover.

I am a bit sad that there is no sign of the plasticine garden on the DVD cover. What's the yellow bit left of the Toy Stories rectangle? Isn't that Plasticine?

I wouldn't be suprised if both covers will still be changed. The pic of the Lego house is one of it being half finished.

You're proably right that they are just mock ups for the time being.

Is this really correct, there is a James May doll with every copy of the DVD or have I read it wrongly?

No, I think it's just a cover image.

There should be the standard pack with just the DVD and the Deluxe Edition - James May action figure included in a special box + 1 brick from the Lego House. ;D

It looks like the promotion for the series has begun. There's probably going to be a flurry of articles, not sure whether to post them here or in the News thread. There's an interview in the Guardian today with James about the Lego house. He's saying some real nice things about the volunteers. www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2009/oct/12/james-may-lego-houseI think the reporter might have taken him too serious about the ship building though. We all know he's rubbish at doing that. ;D Only 2,5 weeks now!

I'd help him build the Good Ship Lego.

Thank you. Those are lovely pictures and I wonder if that bottle of something was drink-able.

Love the way Oz is holding out his hand for a greeting and James's arm are firmly in the down position.

They seem to be looking after it more than the Festival Hall did though, so that's something.
