The first showing of My Sister's Top Toys appears to be 23/12/07, 7pm (just before the last Top Gear and Richard Hammond Meets Evel Knievel.) I will be in Norfolk but the recorder will be set... oh yes! Repeated Xmas Day at 22:00 and 28th at 02:25 if you're an insomniac...

I'm out on the 23rd, but my mum has very kindly agreed to video the entire evening for me, and thus I will be watching it on Christmas eve with a glass of wine and a mince pie while I wait for Santa to come and fill my stocking.

I'll be out too, but it means I can set the PVR to record the whole thing in one go & not miss the start/end of anything ;D. I have NO IDEA when I'll have the time to watch it though!

Looks good!
James May: My Sister's Top ToysSunday 23 December 7:00pm - 8:00pm BBC2 Poor James May. Stuck between his older and younger sisters, Jane and Sarah, his only toys were their hand-me-downs. Sifting through the family toy box prompts James to share his tale of woe. Jane and Sarah do get their say: but not before James blows up the tree house family, races in a converted 'silver cross' pram, makes over a 'Girl's World' head, projects Spirograph on the side of the Royal Festival Hall and makes his own Fuzzy Felt animated film.
Doesn't he also have a brother?

awww spirograph, I loved that. I inherited a set at my gran and grandad's O loved putting the wee pins in to hold the paper in place and all the different coloured biros

His sister is called Sarah too. That must get confusing. Or perhaps not. Wonder what his brother is called. Jeremy or Richard perhaps? I wonder if his sisters will appear? I thought his younger sister was ten years younger than him? Oh so many questions, and no answers - yet.

sounds like they do, if my brother blew up my toys I'd have to beat him up. I hope James' sisters are similarly ruthless. I really think I'm going to enjoy this show

My brother set fire to one of my dolls once and threw it behind the shed. I used to go and visit it. I could just see it's little charred head down the side. He was a nasty boy.

my brother is the youngest and only boy, he didn't get a chanch to do such evil, my sister and I argue that were responsible for him being so well rounded now

Best Christmas BBC listing ever! Unfortunately won't be back from holiday till 8pm that night *knocks on wood, remembering possibilities of flight delays * but am looking forward to it nonetheless.

I had it years and loved it to death ;D
