I has assumed it was his house with no real reasoning, it just looks right. And the original Top Toys as well.

At the risk of sounding like a stalker (which I'm not, I just know that bit of London) it's definitely his street that he's walking down on his syrup tub stilts.
And yes, I hope that syrup didn't go to waste. I reckon 2 tubs of syrup = four trays of flapjack. mmm.... flapjack!!

It really was a great show! Missed it on Sunday, but have seen it a couple of times now, because it's brilliant. The Girl's World, my god.... I loved the way one of the girls was smearing the eye make-up in the doll's hair... I used to do the same. ;D
And Spirograph! What that woman did with it in her artworks! I did have a snigger at her reply to James's question 'but does it never go wrong?' and she said 'yes, sometimes, but I consider it to bring life to the work....'
I also had a laugh at the cat box standing on a pile of boxes. So typical. ;D

I'd reccomend making some crispy crunchie cakes, the recipe of which is available in this classic ladybird book Kept us occupied for ages, the main joy being getting to eat the still warm leftovers in the bowl after you'd made them Glam!!!! I had this book too!!!! I don't know if my mum still has it packed away or not with other kid stuff....it might be in her storage... I'm desperately trying to remember the other recipes aside from the crispie crunchie cakes...but this was one of my fave books!!! PS. I remember those crinkly edged tomatoes with the lettuce leaf.... ...the seventies eh? Who the heck ever made those.... ;D

I watched some of this when I was home Thursday. I used to love the Cindy Doll and doll houses. It was hilarious watching the look of disgust on his face while he was in the pink girl's department of the toy store. I thought it was cute and funny when he punched that little pink dog too. I had to turn it off after that because my head ache and sneezing fit came back. I'd like to watch it some more next week.

Are you familiar with torrents? You can download the whole programme (and every single epis ode of Top Gear and all the other stuff the guys did. ;D) It might look all a bit complex at first, but it's dead easy. Don't forget you first you have to install a torrent client like Azureus though.

I love this show. It brings back some many good girly memories, like putting make up on each other and rearranging the furniture in the doll houses. I loved the Lady Bird Book stories and pictures. I love the blue dress Cinderella wears in that one picture. I also love the one with the balloon. I'd love to have a blue and purple dress just like that. Those are my two favourite colours. James' face when he first sees the airplane pictures is porn to my eyes. I love it.

I have absolutely no idea. And I suppose it depends on whether it's the right type (which I suspect it won't be ) - mine comes from the mid 1970s so it more or less looks like a miniature version of the one my mum had for my sister rather than the "coach-built" type with the metal sides. Never really got played with, apart from the shopping tray, which I remember utilising as a bow with some improvised dowelling arrows... Anyway, this isn't quite like it as this is a Marmet (which is what mum had), but the shape and colour are similar. Mine wasn't corded, though. If it's not the kind of thing you want, that's fair enough, but if you do, I'll send mum up in the attic (it's not at my house) to see if it's in a reasonable state!

I installed a torrent client (utorrent) and downloaded what I thought was MSTT's video but I've just played it and it's only the audio. Please can someone talk me through the process of getting audio and video for My Sisters' Top Toys. I just want to watch it again. Thanks in advance for your help.
