I'm currently catching up on last week's episode. I'm actually in pain from laughing so hard at the dog and at the auditions. I may have to email to complain about the amount of pain the last two episodes have inflicted on my sides.

As has been said, each episode got better than the previous. I loved last night's! ;D ;D
The orchestra segment was epic. Loved the moisturizer in the saxophone as well as James' need for it! ;D
The dating sequence was fantastic! I cringed right along with the guys when Charlie asked how old she was! Was this boy taught nothing?? And the scramble at the end to deal with the "boyfriend" issue! ;D
I really wanted to see more of the organ on the forklift though. That was the real highlight of his film! ;D
I see that Simi's fake moustache made it up on the shelves in the Man Lab Lounge. Cute!
He did mention a second series, so who knows. I certainly hope the BBC does the right thing and commissions a full six episodes! ;D ;D

The episode brought back some traumatizing memories of being a boy in England and being stung by a wasp on a jam sandwich for TOH ;D ;D When I first read about the series I thought it sounded boring and wasn't going to bother with it, so it's funny how much I ended up enjoying it.

Download link Few minutes of rubbish at the end of it as I wasn't paying attention to the recording. I can't download that! I tried once yesterday and twice today but it just keeps failing. Is it something on my end that fails it, I don't know. I'm sooooo sad about it.

^Thanks Download link Few minutes of rubbish at the end of it as I wasn't paying attention to the recording. I can't download that! I tried once yesterday and twice today but it just keeps failing. Is it something on my end that fails it, I don't know. I'm sooooo sad about it. I think it's Megaupload itself. It's been playing up recently and won't even let me log in to see my files. Try xjsarah's link - otherwise get back to me and I'll see what else I can do.

It's up on TheBox as well. You'll need to join them first if you haven't done so already. I've got a few invites to spare, so PM me if you need one.

Thanks a lot for the heads up xjsarah, I'm able to watch the third episode on dailymotion. However, I would prefer to have all the episodes on my computer. So if it's not too much trouble andypanty, if you can get the megaupload to work sometime in the future, I'd be most grateful for the download of the third episode!

Can I have a Man Lab badge please? I put together an Ikea 8 drawer chest on Saturday - result! That reminds me, about a week ago MOH and I tried to build a tall display cabinet/book case. I was all for reading the instructions and taking it logically like James whereas MOH went straight for Jezza's hammer strategy. We got there in the end after several tantrums from MOH! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I even teased him a bit and said you'd be no good in James May's Man Lab which is very brave of me because normally I NEVER mention James to him.

Ooh thanks! I'm a dab hand at wallpapering too. In the madness of my youth, having wallpapered lots of rooms for friends and neighbours, I decided to advertise and try it as an enterprise. It lasted all of four hours! That was how long it took me to muster up enough courage to tell my first customer that I couldn't wallpaper her huge ceiling! And, after years of papering walls, I've still not attempted one of those.

Do people actually paper ceilings?! Surely it's called wallpaper for a reason!

Yes XJ, unfortunately they do! My house is over a century old and I spent a month trying to scrape off a ceiling full of painted wallpaper which was trying very hard, and failing, to hide all the cracks in the plaster! The steamer didn't touch it! In the end it was worth it because I had the room all fixed and skimmed, so now I have super smooth and painted, walls and ceiling.

I finally was able to download the third episode! I had major computer problems and didn't access the board for a week, so it was nice to come back and notice the link was working. So thank you very much again, andypanty.

Well I've finally[/i] had time to sit down and watch all three ep's...(something good about a sick day, I guess ) Man Lab is so completely silly ;D I love it ;D That stupid rocket and the fireworks had me in tears. I didn't find the format disjointed at all - I liked it how they kept skipping from one thing to another (but I find anything remotely random humourous and I am a bit weird. ) Hopefully he gets to make another series. I can see why it received mixed reviews though. It's easy to imagine plenty of viewers cringing in their armchairs and reaching for the remote at certain points, simply because James' humour would be lost on them. In conclusion: if James reckons we're all bonkers, he needs to take a good look in the mirror. ;D

We'll have to do something about that then, won't we? ;D It was almost worth being sick The marathon did have a somewhat, what shall we say, exhausting effect ;D I slept well last night ;D I was doing the dishes at work today and a few of the guys came into the kitchen and started polishing their shoes. My reflex action was to say, "Hey, did you see how to polish your shoes properly on Man Lab?" I'd taken a breath and opened my mouth to say it, then realised at the last millisecond that they'd have absolutely no idea what I'd be talking about, not to mention it would be rather incriminating. They didn't notice, luckily. I did have a silent chuckle to myself. ;D

Mods - if this is in the wrong place, or has already been uploaded, please just remove it! I've uploaded the audio book for 'How to land an A330 Airbus' and it's here.[/color] As ever, please do let me know of any problems, either with downloading it or with the file itself.

For anyone who missed this, or just wants to see it again, the first episode is being repeated on BBC1 in a few minutes' time. I've only just spotted this, or I'd have mentioned it sooner. Sorry!
