Finally home. Wish I was still down there. The only good thing about flights home is planning the next trip.

Just got home from the showgrounds...will post piccies soon (although they're rubbish quality). And I've been a naughty girl: I recorded audio of the whole thing on my phone. ;D Not that anyone got told off for taking photos or the like - in fact, Jeremy referred to an audience member's videoing of him as "appearing on YouTube in the next 10 minutes" or something like that. ;D To see James in real life (or anything TG-related, for that matter) is something I never thought would happen, so I'm very happy. And he was wearing a t-shirt, so I was in la-la land right from the beginning. (I haven't shared this view before because his shirts are obviously iconic, but I think t-shirts suit James more than shirts... for various reasons... ) And his VOICE...to have it booming in my direction over the course of 90 minutes was absolute bliss. Annoyingly, I had to constantly monitor my excitement levels, and consciously take photos of Jezza, Shane and other stuff because I was taking so many of James and didn't want anyone to suspect anything! ;D After having read some mixed reviews and also hearing the minor disappointment from some of my friends who went to earlier shows, my expectations were dampened somewhat. But I thought it was really good, overall, and I'm glad I went along not thinking it would be the best show I'd ever see. Some bits were boring but I still appreciated the amount of work and thought that went into a lot of the stunts. The car football was really funny, as was the "appliance" race. ;D Shane was a godsend for holding up the Aussie end of the bargain. He blended in exceptionally well, to the point where it seemed like he's always been a part of the team. None of the banter was cringeworthy, which was a pleasant surprise. Goodness, I'll write a thesis if I keep going. *scuttles away for a cold shower*P.S. Vertebraille, thanks for posting your photos, they're great!

I guess I never thought I would get the chance to see them live

Went to the 5pm show on Saturday but haven't had the time to write about it. I haven't put pics or videos up yet, so when I do that, I'll do a proper report.
If you ever get to be block 4, Row E, Seat 1, please have the opportunity to hi five Jeremy. Unlike me, you won't look like an idiot and go all fangirl and try and take a photo with no flash and get a blurry image of Jezza.

LOL - they really love the whole "we are rawk stars on our world tour" thing don't they? They were playing the piano at the Versace on the Gold Coast and now they are playing the drums and whathaveyou at the Crown in Melbourne (if thats where they are) ...and they tried to break the golf carts on Hamilton Island. Wonder if they are going to throw the TV's out the hotel windows? ;D Apparently they've been wining and dining here...(tweeted of course) www.breezesatcrown.com.au/Content.aspx?topicID=280Bet they'll be drinking the Penfolds though... *mouth waters at menus* *speshly dessert*

No worries. I wanted to take lots of pics (in a subtle fashion, of course ) for the sake of everyone here who was unable to teleport themselves halfway across the world to be a part of it. The washing machine photos are Vertebraille's...and boy, is that a nice angle or what!

LOVE James in a red shirt. It's a good color on him. Giggling maniacally over him climbing into a washing machine. That picture with his head peeping out of the washing machine...just so silly.

They made electric 'cars' out of household appliances and then had a race.

Don't know whether to take this with a grain of salt but I just saw on twitter that James is allegedly in Sydney.
And I just saw this on FB. The poster is from Sydney.
